Dr. Ashish Adi

Dr. Ashish Adi

Dr. Adi graduated from South Gujarat University in India and performed postgraduate training at Coney Island hospital (affiliated with SUNY Brooklyn) and Baylor College of Medicine, Houston TX. He has received multiple awards during his training and previous positions.
He is board certified in Internal Medicine, Critical Care, Pulmonary Medicine, and Sleep Medicine.
He is also interested in clinical research and published numerous abstracts on various topics.

His clinical interests include:

Dr. Frank Grassi

Dr. Frank Grassi completed his fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at Naval Medical Center San Diego where he also completed his Internal Medicine residency.  Dr. Grassi received his medical degree from Tulane Medical School in New Orleans, Louisiana.  Dr. Grassi is board certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Neurocritical Care Medicine and is currently a practicing pulmonologist and intensivist.  Before moving to Fort Myers in 2011, he served 14 years in the United States Navy and was the Department Head of Pulmonary Medicine at Naval Medical Center San Diego.  Dr. Grassi is actively involved in the American College of Chest Physicians and the Neurocritical Care Society.

Dr. Stephen Hannan

After receiving his medical degree from the University of Florida in 1982, Dr. Hannan did his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at the Mary Imogene Bassett Hospital in Cooperstown NY, followed by a fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at the University of Florida. Dr. Hannan holds board certifications in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care Medicine from the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Since 1988 he has been practicing Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine in Lee County and is a member of the medical staff of Lee Memorial Health System. Dr. Hannan served as Chairman of the Department of Medicine of Lee Memorial Hospital and Health Park Medical Center from 1992-1994.  From 1997-1999 he was the President of the Medical Staff.

He is currently a member of the American College of Chest Physicians and the Catholic Medical Association.  He is the current President of the Southwest Florida Guild of the Catholic Medical Association.  Dr. Hannan is on the speaker’s bureau of the National Catholic Bioethics Center in Philadelphia, PA.

Dr. Raymond Santucci

Dr. Santucci completed his medical degree at Loyola University of Chicago Stritch School of Medicine in Maywood, Illinois. He then completed his Internal Medicine Residency at the University Of Cincinnati University Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio, where he also completed fellowships in Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care Medicine.

Dr. Santucci is Board Certified in Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care Medicine. He is a member of the American College of Chest Physicians. He has previously served as the Chairman of Medicine at Health Park Medical Center. Dr. Santucci remains active within the local medical community by serving on the Health Park Medical Quality Committee and as Treasurer of the Medical Executive Committee.

Dr. Houtan Sareh

Dr. Sareh graduated as Doctor of Medicine from the University Of Miami Miller School Of Medicine. He subsequently did an internship in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics followed by residency training in Internal Medicine at the University Of Miami Jackson Memorial Hospital. During his training, he received recognition with the Medical Student Teaching Award and the Annual Award of Excellence in Emergency Medicine. Upon completion of his residency, Dr. Sareh joined the faculty of the University of Miami and chose as academic career.  He later left his position to pursue further post-graduate training. He first completed a Sleep Medicine fellowship at Mount Sinai Medical Center, followed by a Pulmonary and Critical Care fellowship at the University of Maryland Medical Center. Subsequently, he joined the University of Maryland as a faculty member. After sometime, he decided to leave his academic career and pursue private practice in Southwest Florida. In Fort Myers, Dr. Sareh has been active in a number of hospital committees such as the Medical Staff Quality Committee. Dr. Sareh is board certified in Internal Medicine, Sleep Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care Medicine.

Dr. Kenneth Tolep

Dr. Tolep has been taking care of patients with pulmonary problems in Fort Myers since January 1997. Prior to his arrival in South West Florida, he was on the faculty at Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, where he completed his fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine.

Dr. Tolep earned his medical degree from S.U.N.Y. Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, N.Y. and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, in Philadelphia. He is board certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, Critical Care and Sleep Disorders.  He is a Fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians and of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. He is a current member of the American Thoracic Society.

He has been included on the list of Best Doctors in America (since 2005) and Castle Connolly’s list of Top Doctors (since 2011)

Dr. Priya Raju

Dr. Raju completed both her residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Pulmonary Medicine at the Yale University Bridgeport Hospital program in Bridgeport, Connecticut.
She is board certified in Pulmonary Medicine. Dr. Raju is fluent in English, Telugu, and Hindi.

Laida Cereceda, ARNP-C

Born in Tampa, Florida, Laida is a fourth generation native Floridian and the third of six children who grew up here in Fort Myers. Her family name originates from Spain. Having studied at the University of Madrid, Laida is bilingual. Laida is also the proud mother of two sons, Paul and Greg, who she adopted in 2006.

Laida’s nursing education began at Edison Community College and was completed at Florida Gulf Coast University where she received both her bachelor and master degree of nursing. Laida was then nationally certified as an advanced registered nurse practitioner.

As a registered nurse, her experience in the Open Heart Intensive Care Unit allowed her to develop a working relationship with the Pulmonary / Critical Care Team of Physicians. In 2004 she joined them in practice and has been with them ever since.

She became a Nurse Practitioner before it was a commonly known and utilized position. She has helped patients understand and appreciate how this collaborative relationship between the physician and herself can result in the highest quality and accessibility to care.
